All employees receive the following: Additional money paid for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Additional money paid for weekends. Adjusted starting wage for those with experience Flexible hours are available.

Benefits

Overtime is paid for any hours over forty. 8 paid Holidays per year. 7 paid Sick days per year. 1 week of Vacation pay after: 1 year 2 weeks after 2 years, etc. 1st YR - 5 days 2nd YR - 10 days 6-10 YRS - 15 days 11-15 YRS - 20 days 16-20 YRS - 20 days plus 3  days. (Vacation, holiday, and sick time is based on an accrual basis, which means your time accumulates based hours worked.) Health insurance provided with a small charge for the employee, the majority of the premium is paid by employer. Retirement Plan: Provided solely by Long View Nursing Home, Inc. No employee contribution. Employees may elect to apply for 401-K plan after meeting criteria. Certified Nursing Assistant classes given at no cost, infact, you are PAID while you attend classes.

Employees working Full-Time receive full benefits.(32 hours is considerd full-time)
Employees working Part-Time receive accumulated benefits based on actual hours worked.
