Health insurance provided with small charge for the employee. The majority of the premium is paid by the employer.

• Retirement Plan: Provided solely by Long View Nursing Home, Inc. No Employee Contribution. Employees may elect to apply for a 401-K plan after meeting criteria.
• Time and a half paid for Christmas & New Years Day for all daytime departments (until 3 p.m.) Christmas Eve & New Years Eve time and a half for all departments for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
